Frequency of payments: Payments will be taken on a monthly basis.
Payments are to be made in advance at all times.
Length of payment term: Payment terms to be agreed with customer, we have a minimum rental period of 1 month and no maximum length of stay.
Refund policy: Lindsay storage Edinburgh will refund all unused full days of a customer’s prepaid rental period*
Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of the customer vacating their storage unit; refunds are normally made by cheque, cash refunds are not available.
*Customers must give 14 days written notice prior to vacating their storage unit. Lindsay storage Edinburgh reserves the right to charge a pro-rata penalty at the agreed daily contract rate if a customer fails to give the full 14 day notice period.
All new customers must pay a security deposit which is fully refundable subject to confirmation that no funds are owing on your account and that your storage unit has been fully vacated with no rubbish left on site.
How to cancel prior to commencement of contract: If a rental period has been prepaid cancellation can be done (assuming the rental has not commenced) by calling our office on 0131 445 4698 this would be done immediately and a refund would be agreed at that time.
Contract changes: If you wish to change your move in date, store location or room size, just contact our office on the above number and our staff will be pleased to assist.
